What you'll do

• Greet guests at pools, beach areas, fitness centers, and recreation desks
• provide information about amenities and programming
• host and support activities
• assist with cabana and chair reservations and setups
• address guest concerns or escalate them
• monitor recreation areas for safety, capacity, and cleanliness
• set up and inspect equipment
• conduct hazard walk-throughs
• support incident response
• maintain supplies and inventory
• prepare activity spaces
• process applicable transactions
• coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering
• support seasonal programming
• share guest feedback
• and shuttle guests by golf cart around the property.
