What you'll do

• Recruit, train, coach, and grow the emergency services team
• manage the launch, execution, and profitable completion of water mitigation, contents, and environmental projects
• coordinate with estimating, reconstruction, and administrative departments
• resolve complex issues with carriers, property owners, vendors, and tradespeople
• communicate and negotiate with insurance stakeholders
• use restoration technology platforms and AI tools to streamline documentation, scheduling, and tracking
• and monitor job-site safety and quality.
