ALFA Specialty Pharmacy is a pharmacist-led, closed-door pharmacy serving people with chronic conditions, group homes, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and long-term-care-at-home populations. The manager oversees pharmacy operations while performing clinical interventions to improve medication safety, optimize therapy, and support quality of life. The role leads production and workflow, supervises technicians, verifies prescriptions, conducts medication reviews and reconciliation, collaborates with care partners, and drives quality assurance and continuous improvement.
