What you'll do

• Answer and direct incoming calls
• greet and assist visitors
• provide customer service to residents, families, vendors, and team members
• page personnel
• document and relay messages
• notify the Office Supervisor of concerns
• contact drivers to coordinate resident medical appointment transportation
• perform assigned clerical and administrative duties.
