Job overview

The Senior Staff Product Marketing Specialist is an onsite role based in Austin, TX. The annual pay range is $180,000 - $220,000. This role supports Renesas' mission to make lives easier through embedded semiconductor solutions. This role is responsible for customer discovery, market insight, and product definition. The specialist shapes roadmap and lifecycle choices for MCU products and develops business cases to drive design wins.

What you'll do

  • Customer discovery and market insight: Build direct relationships with priority U.S.
  • customers, distributors, ecosystem partners and regional teams.
  • Product definition: Translate validated needs into market requirements documents, value propositions, product specifications and platform/derivative recommendations.
  • RX and RA portfolio roadmap: Shape roadmap and lifecycle choices across RX200, RX600, RX700, RA4 and RA6.
  • Business case ownership: Develop volume, ASP, revenue, margin, investment and risk assumptions.
