What you'll do

• Manage reservations across Landing and OTA channels including Airbnb and Booking.com
• oversee member experience from booking through checkout, including tickets, inquiries, and escalations
• manage relationships with property partners and housekeeping vendors
• monitor property KPIs including NPS, CSAT, cleaning quality, and growth
• coordinate reservations and maintenance escalations
• onboard, install, launch, and deinstall units.
