Seasonal Event Staff

Job overview

The Seasonal Event Staff role is based in Jasper, IN, with work at events and other off-site locations. Compensation is $12–$16 per hour. Zax Creamery & Coffee serves products at special events, parties, festivals, and community gatherings. Event staff set up service stations, prepare and serve menu items, and create a welcoming guest experience. The role supports event operations through customer service, food safety, teamwork, and responsible handling of supplies.

What you'll do

• Set up and break down event stations and equipment
• prepare and serve ice cream, coffee, drinks, and other menu items
• provide customer service
• keep event areas clean and organized
• follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• load, transport, organize, and restock supplies
• work with team members at events.
