The Executive Director, Senior Living role is fully onsite in Chalfont, PA, with a 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule, Manager on Duty rotation, and on-call requirement. Compensation is $125,000–$135,000 per year, with a stated $5,000 escalator if established goals are met in six months and eligibility for a 20% annual target performance bonus. NewSeasons at New Britain provides personalized support, activities, and amenities for residents. The Executive Director leads community operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, resident-centered services, staff development, and business development. The role coordinates departments and community relationships to support resident well-being, occupancy, and operational goals.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations, budgets, compliance, financial performance, occupancy, and resident engagement
• support clinical, memory care, dining, and life enrichment programs
• lead resident and family communications
• hire, train, coach, and develop staff
• partner with sales on occupancy and revenue
• manage community relationships and business development
• oversee care plans and applicable assisted living or memory care requirements.
