What you'll do

• Prepare and serve menu items
• stock stations and follow serving-size and special-diet guidelines
• operate the POS system and process student meal transactions
• follow recipes and FIFO practices
• clean and organize kitchen, storage areas, and equipment
• follow food-safety procedures and complete basic logs and production records
• handle cash and assist with balancing transactions and student accounts
• communicate supply needs and operational updates
• support meal service and teammates.
