What you'll do

• Oversee daily clinical operations and regulatory compliance
• supervise, coach, and mentor caregiving and clinical staff
• partner with resident care coordinators and leadership
• support staff orientation and training
• monitor resident health changes and service plans
• communicate with physicians and families
• complete nursing assessments, documentation, incident reports, and care plans
• participate in evaluations, admissions, transitions, care meetings, and quality improvement
• collaborate with hospice, home health, and other healthcare partners
• participate in on-call and Manager-on-Duty rotations as needed.
