What you'll do

• Build relationships with decision-makers
• manage commitments under sourcing agreements
• respond to sourcing inquiries about pricing, availability, substitutions, and back orders
• coordinate with sales, warehouse, finance, procurement, and inter-company teams
• support sales plans and account goals
• provide product expertise across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and PVF
• maintain CRM data
• manage VMI procurement, purchase orders, rebalances, and returns
• monitor inventory metrics
• resolve credit requests
• analyze performance and recommend improvements
• occasional overnight travel up to 10% as needed.
