The HVAC Field Supervisor, Service Focus role is hybrid, combining field service calls with administrative and coordination work from a designated home office in the Aurora, CO area. Compensation is $41–$51 per hour, depending on experience. The role supports Hartzell Heating & Air Conditioning’s service department as it grows. This hands-on supervisor performs HVAC diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs while coaching and supporting service technicians. The role handles escalated issues, communicates with customers, supports technician development, and helps improve service processes, with the position intended to evolve into a Service Manager role as the department grows.

What you'll do

• Perform HVAC service calls, diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs
• handle complex, escalated, or high-priority issues
• mentor and provide real-time guidance to technicians
• ensure service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• communicate findings and recommendations to customers
• complete documentation, reporting, scheduling coordination, and follow-ups
• assist with training, performance feedback, and technician development
• help establish and improve service processes.
