Service Manager

What you'll do

• Lead service operations and supervise service staff, which may include Field Service Technicians and Service Coordinators
• motivate associates to meet technical proficiency, customer service, and productivity goals
• manage schedules, expenses, and service department administration
• support branch growth and profitability
• organize branch files and meetings
• facilitate communication between Service and Sales
• coach direct reports and collaborate with Sales leadership on key projects.
