What you'll do

• Oversee daily spa operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow
• lead, coach, and hold team members accountable
• ensure a consistent patient experience
• monitor revenue, expenses, provider productivity, and performance indicators
• drive membership growth, rebooking, retail sales, and retention
• manage inventory and ordering
• support marketing and business development
• address patient concerns
• ensure HIPAA and practice-policy compliance
• partner with practice leadership.
