Lead Field Service Technician – DC Power Installation and Service

The Lead Field Service Technician – DC Power Installation and Service is an onsite, full-time role based in Dallas, TX, paying $36–$44 per hour. • Lead and supervise DC power installation and service projects
• perform and oversee field engineering, material coordination, and site layout
• troubleshoot technical issues and customer concerns
• develop site-specific Methods of Procedure
• supervise internal personnel and contract labor
• coordinate schedules, project reporting, and documentation
• maintain safety and quality standards
• train technical resources and support continuous improvement.

Why this role

Requires at least five years of lead installation and/or service technician experience; must meet Level 4 Installer requirements under Telcordia GR-1275. CDL is preferred but not required. Work primarily at customer locations, with regular travel required.
