Route Service Representative

Job overview

The Route Service Representative role is onsite in San Leandro, California. Pay is $22–$25 per hour. The representative supports Quest Diagnostics route operations by safely transporting patient specimens and other materials while maintaining specimen integrity and client service.

What you'll do

• Transport specimens, supplies, reports, equipment, and materials to designated destinations
• follow scheduled routes while accommodating will-call stops and special pickups
• maintain specimen temperature and integrity
• complete scanning and documentation
• communicate with dispatch about cleared will-calls
• maintain route notes and company equipment
• follow vehicle, safety, and logistics procedures.
