The Production Associate, Liquid Products, First Shift role is onsite in Brenham, TX, with a stated first-shift schedule of 6:00 AM–2:00 PM. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. QuestSpecialty manufactures specialty products, including liquid concentrates and ready-to-use liquids. The associate operates and monitors production equipment, supports quality and safety requirements, and documents production activity. The work contributes to consistent, safe production and efficient manufacturing operations.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor liquid-product production equipment
• work in labeling-line areas such as capper, packer, tipping, and labeling
• inspect and maintain machinery
• follow safety and regulatory requirements
• collaborate with quality control on product testing
• document production data and report issues
• participate in process improvement
• support and train junior production staff.
