What you'll do

• Lead full and partial apartment renovations, including kitchen and bath upgrades, flooring, tiling, fixtures, lighting, and finish carpentry
• coordinate with vendors and on-site managers to order materials and meet quality standards and codes
• perform final inspections and punch-list work
• provide project updates on progress, costs, and timelines
• take on additional renovation, capital-improvement, and special projects as priorities evolve.
