Quality Control Inspector

The Quality Control Inspector role is an onsite position based in Tustin, CA, with a pay rate of $25.00 to $30.00 per hour. This role supports the quality assurance department in an electronics manufacturing environment. The purpose of this role is to perform visual and dimensional inspections on electronic assemblies, including PCBs and mechanical components. The inspector ensures that all products meet customer requirements and industry standards.

What you'll do

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on electronic assemblies, including PCB assemblies, metal parts, plastic components, and box-build enclosures.
• Inspect solder joints, component placement, finishes, and overall workmanship.
• Measure critical dimensions and verify part alignment using precision instruments.
• Document inspection results by completing inspection reports and nonconformance reports.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, IPC standards, J-STD standards, ISO 9001, and internal quality procedures.
