What you'll do

• Contribute to the Land Development strategic plan and translate sector plans into regional initiatives
• identify and pursue regional growth opportunities
• lead, mentor, and develop the regional team
• support succession planning and talent acquisition
• serve as a primary contact for key regional clients
• represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and public agency meetings
• collaborate on business development and pursuit plans
• oversee project execution and serve as project manager on multiple large projects or a client portfolio
• support regional budgeting and monitor backlog, revenue, operating margin, utilization, and project profitability
• optimize resource allocation.
