Product Development Engineer

Job overview

The Product Development Engineer is responsible for the scale-up of newly developed thermal interface material product lines. This onsite role is based in Cannon Falls, MN, with a salary range of $75,000 to $110,000 per year, supporting the Adhesive Technologies business unit at Henkel. This role exists to link product development and manufacturing, ensuring that new products are successfully transitioned to full-scale production. The engineer works in cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure high-quality output for top-tier industrial customers.

• Scale up new product lines

• create process flow charts, FMEAs, and control plans
• run design of experiments
• present scale-up reports to management and customers
• manage scale-up projects at domestic and international sites.
