The role collaborates across practice areas to deliver strategic legal advice.

What you'll do

• Advise asset managers, investment advisers, investment funds, broker-dealers, and financial services firms on securities laws and compliance
• counsel on the Investment Company Act and Investment Advisers Act
• assist with fund formation, registration, examinations, enforcement, and ongoing compliance
• advise on cross-border issues and emerging areas including ETFs, interval funds, BDCs, commodities, blockchain, and digital assets.
