What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers in person and by phone
• handle inquiries, payments, and service requests
• post payments and review accounts receivable
• resolve discrepancies and help minimize account losses
• process service paperwork
• prepare service agreements
• maintain customer records
• perform filing, mailing, and account updates
• communicate between customers, service teams, and management
• promote company services and products.
