What you'll do

• Serve patients and guests
• prepare stations and check table settings
• answer menu questions or refer them to the chef
• assist with plating and portion control
• maintain food storage and stock rotation
• prepare condiments and supplies
• clean dining and kitchen areas
• monitor dietary needs and eating habits
• report unusual observations to the food service director.
