T&M Associates’ New Jersey Environmental Market and remediation practice deliver environmental investigation and remediation services. The role provides senior technical leadership and independent decision-making on complex remediation projects. It leads technical execution, develops solutions to environmental challenges, and supports compliant project delivery while guiding project teams and contributing to client proposals.

What you'll do

• Lead technical work on site investigations, remedial design, environmental data evaluation, compliance, permitting, and long-term site management
• analyze environmental conditions and recommend solutions
• prepare and review work plans, reports, permit applications, and regulatory submittals
• mentor engineers and scientists
• manage environmental investigation projects, including those involving the NJDEP Site Remediation Program
• perform technical reviews and QA/QC
• prepare technical and cost proposals and evaluate project risks.
