Mental Health Coordinator II — Residential Behavioral Support

What you'll do

• Coordinate finances, activities, program services, behavioral supports, family involvement, education and vocational services, healthcare, nutrition, and household management
• assist supervisors with consistent programming and communication
• create and manage staff schedules
• implement behavior, treatment, functional assessment, individualized support, and person-centered plans
• provide direct care
• use de-escalation and crisis intervention
• travel to regional programs as assigned.
