What you'll do

• Support the General Manager in daily operations
• lead, coach, and develop front- and back-of-house team members
• oversee scheduling, labor management, and shift coverage
• monitor food quality, safety, and cleanliness
• support sales, revenue, and cost-control goals
• resolve guest concerns
• assist with inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• act as General Manager in the GM’s absence.
