What you'll do

• Provide direct support in the shelter
• assist with orientation, meals, routines, and sanitation
• support skill-building, medication access, and connection to resources and providers
• communicate during shift handoffs and team meetings
• observe guest behavior and safety
• respond to needs through de-escalation and crisis intervention as needed
• document services and maintain required logs.
