What you'll do

• Conduct annual and interim recertifications for HUD, Section 8, and LIHTC residents
• review income, asset, expense, and household documentation
• calculate rent and Housing Assistance Payments using HUD regulations and Yardi
• issue rent change notices
• maintain tenant records
• communicate with residents and subsidy agencies
• support audits, inspections, and program reviews.
