• Evaluate high-warranty-spend and high-failure-rate subsystems and applications
• lead or support lower-cost-per-repair projects and AI tool development. Analyze warranty trends, coordinate analytical and physical testing to identify root causes and validate changes, document lessons learned, and present project status and results to senior management. Coach quality teams on problem-solving processes.
