What you'll do

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and standards
• maintain food quality, presentation, and portion sizes
• follow food-safety and sanitation requirements
• keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked
• complete prep lists
• assist with inventory and supply ordering
• follow food storage and rotation procedures
• communicate with kitchen and front-of-house staff
• prepare orders to expected ticket times
• and complete opening and closing procedures.
