The Caregiver role is onsite in clients’ homes in Powder Springs, TN, with opportunities to work with clients throughout Tennessee. Pay is $16.00–$17.50 per hour. Stand Out Home Care provides personalized in-home care to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent. The caregiver assists clients with daily living and follows individualized care plans. The role supports clients’ routines, comfort, and safety while communicating changes in condition to the appropriate team member.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• prepare meals
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• provide medication reminders, companionship, and supervision
• run errands and assist with daily routines
• follow individualized care plans
• maintain a safe home environment
• report changes in client condition.
