ABA Behavior Technician

What you'll do

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by supervising BCBAs
• use discrete trial training, naturalistic teaching, and reinforcement techniques
• collect data and submit session notes
• provide positive reinforcement and professional communication
• collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and caregivers
• address challenging behaviors according to plans and training
• follow HIPAA and professional standards
• participate in training and continuing education.
