The Cloud Software Engineer 3 role is primarily onsite in Laurel, MD; telework is limited and situational. Pay is $87.78–$124.84 per hour. The engineer supports Wyetech’s Data Warehouse Platforms Engineering Shared Services & Software Development team and federal government customers. The role designs, develops, integrates, tests, deploys, and sustains secure cloud platforms and software. It contributes scalable, reliable capabilities for mission-critical environments through infrastructure automation, performance improvements, and technical guidance to other engineers.

What you'll do

• Design and implement secure, scalable cloud solutions
• analyze requirements and develop technical plans
• integrate cloud management platforms and commercial or government products
• operate and maintain secure cloud platforms
• automate monitoring, alerting, and remediation
• develop infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines
• test, troubleshoot, and document systems
• provide technical guidance and mentorship.
