Apartment Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Complete work orders and special projects
• handle plumbing and electrical service requests
• complete apartment turns involving plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair or replacement
• serve residents in a customer-service-oriented manner
• diagnose and repair electrical problems
• respond to service requests and on-call emergencies as directed by the Property Manager and Service Manager
• maintain exterior areas and curb appeal
• perform housekeeping and snow removal when needed
• and maintain pools and spas if applicable.
