What you'll do

• Drive shift execution against production plans, takt time, and output targets
• monitor KPIs and ensure timely action and accountability
• lead and develop supervisors and technicians
• ensure staffing, coverage, and shift handoffs
• manage real-time issues and escalation
• oversee repair operations to reduce time to repair, backlog, and retest loops
• partner with test engineering, product engineering, and manufacturing to improve efficiency and yield
• provide feedback to new product introduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
