Accounts Receivable Junior Accountant

What you'll do

• Prepare project billings, pay applications, and progress billings
• coordinate with project managers to clarify billing requirements and resolve issues
• post billings and adjustments in the ERP system
• maintain project financial records and lien-waiver tracking
• prepare reports
• support project close-out, final billing, and retention release
• investigate payment discrepancies and follow up on past-due balances
• complete monthly billings before close deadlines
• reconcile ERP and construction-management systems
• follow accounting controls
• protect financial information
• escalate unusual transactions
• and support external audits.
