What you'll do

• Build customer relationships and understand operational requirements
• lead demonstrations, field evaluations, exercises, integration events, and trials
• configure, test, operate, and maintain systems
• translate customer needs and field observations into product feedback
• troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, RF, and integrated-system issues
• support system integration
• test prototypes and releases
• prepare equipment and deployment checklists
• coordinate equipment logistics
• maintain demonstration inventory
• document post-event outcomes and recommendations.
