The Managed Care Specialist – Eligibility & Case Management role is hybrid in Nashville, TN, with compensation of $18.47 per hour. The specialist supports care-program operations by determining eligibility, gathering and documenting case information, coordinating schedules, conducting research, and preparing case materials for review and resolution.

• Determine individual and family eligibility for care programs

• manage casework timelines
• maintain documentation
• conduct legal research and analyze legal papers
• assist with legal documents
• retrieve information from databases
• participate in workgroup meetings
• provide administrative support to leadership.
