Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an opportunity with a leading Am Law 100 firm and its management-side employment litigation practice. The associate represents employers in workplace disputes in courts and before administrative agencies, managing significant portions of matters and collaborating with partners and clients. The role contributes across the litigation lifecycle, from pleadings and discovery through depositions, hearings, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation.

What you'll do

• Represent employers in employment-related disputes
• draft pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents
• take and defend depositions
• work with fact and expert witnesses
• handle EEOC and other agency matters
• participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
• manage portions of matters and collaborate with partners and clients.
