What you'll do

• Manage commercial contracting processes in line with pricing policies
• oversee rebate claim analysis, invoice validation, disputes, and payments
• process and track contract extensions, amendments, and restatements
• monitor governance and compliance
• analyze and validate rebate payments
• review contract performance
• perform actual-to-plan reconciliations and support planning schedules
• provide financial analysis and balance-sheet review support
• ensure rebate payments comply with OEC and government pricing requirements
• use Model N and related systems
• collaborate with Legal, Government Pricing, processors, Marketing, and Sales leadership.
