What you'll do

• Rotate through Transportation, Risk Management, and Employee Benefits
• collaborate with sales and service teams to understand client needs and support tailored insurance solutions
• manage policies, endorsements, renewals, and claims-processing assistance
• make outbound calls from supplied lists
• maintain client records and policy documentation
• contribute to market research and analysis
• prepare reports and presentations
• assist with meetings and training
• maintain confidentiality and meet project deadlines.
