Armed School Security Officer

The Armed School Security Officer role is onsite in Del Valle, TX. Pay is $22 per hour, with Monday–Friday shifts from 0800 to 1700. Cascadia Global Security provides security services, and this position supports safety at a school campus. The officer helps protect school grounds and facility personnel through access control, patrols, rule enforcement, and theft and vandalism deterrence. The role also includes reporting safety concerns and maintaining complete administrative documentation.

What you'll do

• Perform access control
• investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions that may endanger the client, associates, or public
• conduct assigned vehicle or foot patrols
• deter theft and vandalism
• help maintain a safe, professional environment
• enforce campus rules
• safeguard school grounds from suspicious people and activity
• patrol and supervise the campus
• maintain concise and complete daily documentation.

Why this role

Requires a Level 3 (Armed) Security License, valid driver’s license, minimum age of 21, and one year of armed security experience. Body armor and duty equipment, including a duty weapon, are to be provided by the candidate.
