What you'll do

• Obtain and record vital signs and report deviations
• assist with bathing, grooming, skin care, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, and positioning
• provide medication assistance when trained and delegated
• support ambulation, transfers, wheelchair use, and bed mobility
• assist with beds and linens
• complete progress notes and documentation
• report changes in resident condition
• follow infection-control and safety precautions
• interact respectfully with residents.
