What you'll do

• Establish design criteria for fire alarm, suppression, and life-safety systems
• review systems for functionality and compliance
• prepare reports with recommended updates
• meet with clients and jurisdictional authorities to resolve compliance questions
• apply relevant standards and codes
• and maintain knowledge of fire protection, risk, building codes, and construction technologies.
