What you'll do

• Plan lessons in early literacy, numeracy, colors, shapes, and social skills
• maintain a safe, clean, organized classroom
• teach basic concepts and hygiene
• manage behavior with routines and positive reinforcement
• supervise play, meals, bathroom breaks, and naps
• support social-emotional development
• communicate with families
• observe and document child development
• prepare classroom materials
• collaborate with staff
• maintain health and safety standards
• change diapers and/or support potty training.
