What you'll do

• Obtain and record vital signs and report deviations
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, nutrition, ambulation, transfers, positioning, and medication reminders
• follow service plans and daily task sheets
• communicate resident status changes
• use standard precautions and infection control
• maintain safe and clean environments
• document resident progress
• encourage activity participation
• protect HIPAA confidentiality
• attend required meetings and training.
