What you'll do

• Manage an assigned book of shipper accounts

• grow accounts by adding lanes, modes, and volume
• coordinate with carrier representatives
• communicate shipment status and exceptions
• resolve service issues, claims, and billing questions
• conduct business reviews
• and maintain account and load records in CRM and TMS systems.
