What you'll do

• Implement data engineering, governance, and automation practices
• build secure and scalable Databricks data pipelines and products
• lead agentic workflows and self-healing pipelines
• translate business and technical requirements into solutions
• mentor data engineers
• design Databricks and Delta Lake lakehouse architecture
• develop reusable frameworks
• integrate AI-assisted tools
• collaborate on master and reference data
• establish observability, monitoring, and alerting.
