What you'll do

• Work across kitchen stations as required
• develop and train line staff
• coordinate with the chef on duty
• support smooth kitchen operations
• supervise and coordinate line crew
• cook and prepare food to order
• assist with monthly inventory and labor and food cost control
• follow fire, safety, and health procedures
• maintain clean and safe work conditions
• report mechanical problems.
